Michael Morgan

Managing Partner

Michael brings a unique perspective to his work with executives and their boards. His approach marries extensive experience in corporate communications, with political and bureaucratic processes at a Federal and state level. He has advised the leaders of buy-side consortia on most of the high-profile asset sales in recent years.

He has worked with a range of ASX-50 corporations, peak bodies, industry groups, government businesses (GBEs) and agencies to address their communications challenges. In all client matters, he adopts a “no nonsense”, practical and collegiate approach to working with senior executives, and prioritises delivering outcomes.

Damon Jalili

Managing Partner

Damon is a stakeholder engagement and strategic communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience in designing and delivering government relations, strategic communications and social research programs for high profile clients in Australia and internationally. He has experience in Federal Government working for the Finance Minister and as a campaigner on Federal and state political campaigns.

He specialises in the strategic analysis of complex issues, designing innovative and insightful stakeholder engagement programs and identifying not just what people think, but exploring what is driving the situation and developing the most effective strategy to change knowledge, attitudes and behaviours.
